Would you like to deploy top talent in the right place within your organisation, and at the same time minimise the risk as much as possible? If that is the case, temporary placement/payroll is the HR solution for you. You stay in control of the recruitment of employees, without the administrative burdens and risks of an employer. We can employ the employee based on a temporary employment contract (Article 7:690 of the Dutch Civil Law) and act as the employer.
Next, the employee is going to work under your management and supervision. You are responsible for the day-to-day management. Flexbrain offers plenty of choices. Do you opt for pension at StiPP, ABP or bpfBOUW? Do you want the employee to follow specific courses? Do you want contracts with or without a temporary employment clause? Highly skilled migrants
A highly skilled migrant is a highly educated national of a country outside the EU, EEA or Switzerland, who comes to the Netherlands to contribute to our knowledge-based economy. If an employer brings a highly skilled migrant to the Netherlands, they need to be recognised as a sponsor by the Immigration & Naturalisation Service (IND). Flexbrain is recognised as a sponsor by the IND. Every year, we submit many residence applications. The highly skilled migrant needs to meet a certain gross salary criterion. This salary criterion is set annually. As of January 1st, 2021, the salary criterion is set at € 3.484 (excl. vacation allowance) for highly skilled migrants younger than 30 years. For highly skilled migrants who are 30 years or older, this is set at € 4.752 (excl. vacation allowance).
